For Organizations

Embodied, trauma-informed spaces for teams, professionals & communities

I create and facilitate experiential, body-based workshops, short programs, and immersive group sessions based on your needs and the specific challenges your team or organization is facing.

I’m open to collaborations with NGOs, educational institutions, and organizations working in emotionally demanding or high-stress environments.

My approach is grounded in nervous system regulation, trauma-informed care, and embodied presence — offering participants not only theoretical knowledge, but also practical tools and felt experiences that help them reconnect with their inner resources.

If your team or community works with vulnerable populations, holds emotional weight on a daily basis, or simply needs a space to reset, reflect, and recover — we can co-create something meaningful together.

What I Offer

I design custom workshops and group programs that are adapted to your team’s specific needs. Formats include:

  • One-time workshops (2–3 hours)
  • Short series (weekly sessions)
  • Retreat modules or intensive sessions (half-day or full-day)
  • Staff wellbeing spaces and emotional support circles

These sessions integrate body-based self-regulation tools, nervous system education, mindfulness, and trauma-informed facilitation.

Who It’s For

These workshops are especially supportive for:

  • Organizations and NGOs working with trauma, crisis, or social vulnerability
  • Counselors, caregivers, educators, or HR staff regularly exposed to emotional labor
  • Teams working under high pressure, chronic stress, or digital overload
  • Community groups and grassroots projects exploring embodied resilience together

Topics We Can Explore Together

Each workshop is co-designed and adapted to your group’s context. Common themes include:

  • Nervous system regulation & stress recovery
  • Trauma-informed presence & compassionate boundaries
  • Burnout prevention & emotional fatigue
  • Embodied resilience & accessing inner resources
  • Somatic grounding & reconnection with the body

The methods I use include tools from Somatic Experiencing®, NARM®, Integral Somatic Psychology, experiential psychotherapy, yoga, and mindful movement — all adapted to the level and needs of your group, from beginners to experienced practitioners.

Experience & Background

While my work doesn’t come from the corporate world, it is deeply rooted in the human experience — which is often what organizational spaces are missing most.

Here are a few examples of my background:

  • Facilitated long-term therapeutic and somatic group programs for adults exploring stress, trauma, and emotional resilience
  • Offered trauma-informed training for counselors supporting employees exposed to disturbing social media content
  • Created workshops for teachers and parents in both school and community settings
  • Led numerous workshops on topics such as nervous system literacy, chronic stress, body-mind reconnection, and safe embodiment
  • Yoga teacher and currently in training as a yoga therapist, bringing movement and somatic mindfulness into every group space I hold
  • Deeply committed to community, relational healing, and social presence.

Let’s Collaborate

I’d love to hear about your team, project, or community — and explore how we could co-create a safe, grounding, and restorative experience together.

Whether you’re looking for a one-time workshop, a custom group program, or embodied support for your staff, feel free to reach out.

What My Collaborators Say

A good psychologist must have multiple qualities: the patience to listen and understand, the objectivity to assess a situation accurately, and the ability to adapt psychological tools to each person and context.
Adelina Rotaru has these qualities naturally. She has been an exceptional support to our school’s work — as a psychologist, counselor, and psychotherapist, whenever the situation required it — responding to the needs of children, adults in the environment, and parents.
Adelina is also a trusted advisor and a reliable friend of our organization. (Magda, founder of a private kindergarten and school)
As a kindergarten director, I had the opportunity to work with Adelina in activities involving children. She consistently showed patience, understanding, and positivity.
I admired her ability to truly understand children, to support them in the way they needed, and the genuine joy she expressed when being around them.
She has a gentle, playful nature, which helps her connect easily with children’s hearts — a key trait for a good psychologist. Later on, as the psychologist for our kindergarten and school, Adelina became a constant source of support for the entire educational team, helping us navigate sensitive aspects in our relationships with both children and parents.
Her contribution has been essential in building and sustaining a healthy community of children aged 1 to 8, through an open, respectful, and child-centered approach that aligns with Montessori principles.Balanced, warm, and consistently positive, I know I can count on her professionalism as we continue developing a strong community of wise children and parents. ( Antonia, manager of a Montessori kindergarten and school)
