Psychotherapy
Individual sessions are a space where you can gently slow down, listen to your body, and explore what's been living beneath the surface — thoughts, emotions, tension, patterns, memories, and unmet needs. It’s not about fixing or performing. It’s about coming into deeper contact with yourself, in a safe and supported way.
My approach is relational, body-based, and trauma-informed. I meet each person with curiosity, care, and respect for their pace and inner wisdom. The work unfolds through a blend of conversation, somatic awareness, guided exercises, emotional embodiment and moments of stillness and reflection — depending on what feels right in each session.
How I work
My work draws from:
- Somatic Experiencing® (SE) — for supporting nervous system regulation and renegotiation of traumatic stress
- NARM® (NeuroAffective Relational Model) — for healing developmental trauma and restoring connection to self and others
- Integral Somatic Psychology — to explore how emotions live in the body and how they can be processed somatically
- Mindfulness, body awareness, and gentle movement, when helpful
- Psychodynamic and attachment-based principles
- A deeply human view of suffering
Each session is a co-created process — there is no protocol, no pressure, no expectation to perform. Together, we track what arises, stay connected to the body, and follow the small steps that lead to deeper regulation, insight, and integration.
Who I work with
I support adults who are:
- Seeking more emotional regulation and body awareness
- Healing from complex or developmental trauma
- Curious to understand themselves in a deeper way
- Feeling stuck, disconnected or overwhelmed
- Going through life transitions or relational challenges
I work in both English and Romanian, depending on the client’s preference. Online sessions are available internationally.
