Workshops and Training in Trauma, Stress, and Emotional Regulation
I work with teams and groups who are exposed to stress, emotional strain, or challenging situations in their work, and who want to better understand these processes, support their own mental health, and remain present and grounded in their relationships with others.
I have collaborated with professionals in fields such as psychology, psychotherapy, education, and social work, as well as with teams exposed to distressing content, where there is a need for a deeper understanding of trauma and practical tools for prevention and support.

Relevant experience
Over time, I have facilitated and held a variety of group spaces — from workshops for parents, educators, and teachers to therapeutic groups and team-based sessions.
I have provided trauma-informed training for counselors supporting individuals exposed to emotionally impactful content (social media, image, and text).
Alongside my therapeutic work, I have initiated and supported community-based projects, both offline and online, with the intention of creating safe, relational spaces where people feel seen, respected, and supported.
For me, healthy relationships, a sense of safety in groups, and belonging are essential. I believe that when people feel seen, they have the space to grow, heal, and contribute meaningfully to the world around them.

What collaborators say
“A good psychologist needs multiple abilities: the patience to listen and understand, the objectivity to assess situations clearly, and the capacity to adapt psychological tools to each person and context. Adelina Rotaru embodies these qualities naturally and has been an exceptional support for our school — working with children, parents, and staff, always meeting the real needs of those involved. She is also a trusted advisor and a reliable presence within our organization.” (Magda, founder of a private kindergarten and school)
“As a kindergarten director, I had the opportunity to collaborate with Adelina in working with children, where she showed patience, understanding, and warmth. I deeply appreciate her ability to connect with children and support them in the way they truly need. She brings a playful and gentle presence that allows her to reach children with ease — an essential quality in this work. Over time, she became a valuable support for our entire educational team, helping navigate sensitive dynamics with both parents and children. Her contribution has been essential in building a healthy and supportive community for children aged 1 to 8.” (Antonia, Montessori kindergarten and school manager)
